Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home on selected days. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing HR-related tasks such as employee relations, benefits administration, and implementing HR policies. Key responsibilities will also include supporting recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and training programs, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices, including recruitment and organizational support
  • Experience with Benefits Administration and implementing Employee Relations initiatives
  • Knowledge of creating, maintaining, and enforcing HR Policies
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance multiple responsibilities in a hybrid work environment
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Singapore
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
