Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid role for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator based in Singapore, with the flexibility of working some days from home. As an HR Coordinator, you will handle day-to-day HR functions such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, updating and implementing HR policies, and managing employee relations. You will also support HR management by coordinating communication between departments and ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of implementing and maintaining HR Policies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment requiring both in-office and remote productivity
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in HR roles is advantageous
