Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role located in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home for some tasks. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing human resources operations and ensuring the seamless execution of HR policies and procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include benefits administration, employee relations, and supporting the creation and implementation of HR policies. You will also collaborate with management to address employee needs, foster positive workplace relationships, and improve overall HR efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) tasks
  • Familiarity with Benefits Administration and Employee Relations processes
  • Strong understanding and application of HR Policies
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
