Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator based in Singapore, with flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The HR Coordinator will oversee and support HR functions such as managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and administering employee benefits. Additional tasks will include maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives. This role requires collaboration with team members both in-office and remotely to maintain efficient HR operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in HR Management and a solid understanding of Human Resources principles and practices
  • Experience with Benefits Administration and knowledge of Employee Relations practices
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (partially in-office and remote)
  • Prior HR experience in consulting or the oil and gas sector is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
