This is a part-time Hybrid role located in Singapore, offering flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. As an HR Coordinator, the role involves managing HR operations and implementing HR policies. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing benefits administration, facilitating employee relations efforts, maintaining HR records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and local labor regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management and core Human Resources (HR) functions
  • Experience in Benefits Administration and managing employee compensation packages
  • Skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with HR management software is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
