Role Description

This part-time, hybrid role of Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home on some occasions. The HR Coordinator will manage daily HR activities such as benefits administration, employee engagement, and maintaining HR policies. Additional tasks include fostering positive employee relations, assisting in recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role supports team development and contributes to building a productive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management and general Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Experience in Benefits Administration, including managing and explaining employee benefits plans
  • Skills in fostering positive Employee Relations and creating supportive workplace environments
  • Knowledge of developing and maintaining HR Policies and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and HR compliance regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
