Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, allowing for a mix of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. The HR Coordinator will oversee and support core HR functions such as benefits administration, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. The role involves managing employee records, facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes, assisting in the development of HR initiatives, and providing administrative support to the HR department. Additional responsibilities may include organizing employee engagement activities and addressing employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) expertise to handle various HR tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong proficiency in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR Policies, as well as their development and implementation
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
