Role Description

This is a part-time Hybrid role for an HR Coordinator based in Singapore, with flexibility to work both on-site and remotely. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions, including benefits administration, supporting employee relations initiatives, maintaining HR policies, and ensuring smooth HR operations. This role involves coordinating daily HR activities and providing support to ensure effective and efficient human resources services for the organization and its associated consultants.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and expertise in HR Management
  • Proficiency in Benefits Administration and managing Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of policy development and implementation, including HR Policies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Prior experience working in recruitment, consulting, or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
