Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role located in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion, for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator. The HR Coordinator will manage end-to-end human resources responsibilities, including developing HR policies, handling employee relations, supporting benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with HR management practices. They will play a critical role in fostering positive organizational culture and ensuring a productive work environment for all employees.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Skills in Employee Relations and Benefits Administration
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
