Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of monthly payroll computation and processing for all employees including foreign entities
  • Ensure that all payroll payments are in accordance with local statutory and work closely with relevant parties to ensure timely payment of salaries
  • Prepare employees IR8A, IR8S and Appendices handle annual Auto-Inclusion of employees income information to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)
  • Handle tax clearance matters for foreign employee leaving company
  • Responsible for input of employee data into software and administration of leave records
  • Handle queries on payroll related matters promptly and to provide top tier customer service to all employees, business partners and adhoc queries
  • Assist in the renewal and submission of staff insurance and any ad-hoc matters

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years hands on payroll experience preferably with large headcount of 50 and above
  • Possess sound working knowledge of MOM legislation, CPF & IRAS statutory requirements and other local statutory requirements
  • PC skills, including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access, Word). Hands on experience with PeopleSoft Software will be an added advantage
  • Must be able to handle high level of confidential information regarding employees with sensitivity
  • A team player who has the ability to multi-task, and to thrive in a team atmosphere and work effectively with all levels of management.
  • Ability to handle multiple and sometimes competing priorities comfortable with multiple daily responsibilities and managing change where required - all with a positive attitude
