Job Summary
We are seeking an HR Executive to drive efficient HR operations by coordinating recruitment, managing employee administration, and supporting engagement initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews to ensure timely and effective hiring processes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify recruitment needs and monitor progress to achieve staffing objectives
- Prepare and distribute onboarding documentation and new joiner announcements to facilitate seamless employee integration
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, internal transfers, and exits to maintain accurate and up-to-date workforce records
- Draft HR correspondence and maintain comprehensive employee records and HR databases to support compliance and reporting requirements
- Serve as the primary contact for general HR inquiries, delivering timely and accurate information to employees and stakeholders
- Support employee engagement programs and internal communications to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Ensure all HR processes and documentation comply with company policies and applicable labour regulations
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant HR experience in HR Operations, Recruitment Support, or similar roles
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support HR documentation and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate multiple HR priorities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support HR service delivery
