Job Description

Key Responsibilities

. Support endtoend recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination with hiring managers.

. Prepare onboarding documentation and coordinate new hire arrangements and orientation.

. Draft and issue HR letters and documentation (employment contracts, confirmation, transfer, resignation/termination letters).

. Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and personnel files.

. Handle HR operational tasks including attendance/leave administration and HRIS updates.

. Support monthly payroll inputs and reconciliation (attendance, leave, claims, allowances/OT).

. Coordinate work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.

. Tabulate and reconcile sales commissions (if applicable) and coordinate with Sales/Finance teams.

. Assist with reporting and compliance, including statutory documentation and HR trackers.

. Respond professionally to staff HR queries and maintain confidentiality.

. Submit government claims such as NS make up pay, childcare leave claims, maternity/paternity/parental leave, and other statutory claims.

. Administer staff benefits, welfare, and claims according to policy (medical, insurance, etc.), including coordination and renewal of insurance policies.

. Support employee engagement initiatives, training logistics, and company events.

. Perform adhoc HR duties and projects as assigned by management

Requirements

. Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

. Minimum 2 years in HR experience (work pass and payroll support experience preferred)

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

. Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR compliance, including fundamental understanding of the Employment Act and related statutory regulations.

. Good communication skills to liaise with managers, staff, and external parties

. Meticulous, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks independently

. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

. Immediate availability or short notice period will be an advantage
