As an Admin and HR Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth internal operations and supporting the full employee lifecycle. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, responsible, and enjoys working in a structured yet fast-growing environment.
Administrative Duties
Handle day-to-day office administration and internal coordination
Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and facilities matters
Assist with preparation of internal documents, letters, and reports
Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, including access and equipment
Human Resources Duties
Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
Prepare and maintain HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmations, and resignation records
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Coordinate leave management, attendance tracking, and payroll inputs
Assist with recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
Support HR compliance matters, including PDPA-related documentation
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in an Admin and/or HR role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Familiarity with Singapore HR practices is an advantage
