Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
  • Managed full-cycle payroll processing, including attendance monitoring and leave administration
  • Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and company guideline
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Support performance appraisal and appraisal documentation
  • Coordinate training and development program
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies

Role Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably with working experience in the MEICA / building construction industry .
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and is a great team player
  • Willingness to take up new challenges, able to work well under stress and love challenges.
  • Must be able to multi-task and have data organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Applications.
  • Work Location: Potong Pasir / MacPherson
