Perform full spectrum of monthly payroll computation and processing for all employees including foreign entities
Ensure that all payroll payments are in accordance with local statutory and work closely with relevant parties to ensure timely payment of salaries
Prepare employees IR8A, IR8S and Appendices handle annual Auto-Inclusion of employees income information to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)
Handle tax clearance matters for foreign employee leaving company
Responsible for input of employee data into software and administration of leave records
Handle queries on payroll related matters promptly and to provide top tier customer service to all employees, business partners and adhoc queries
Assist in the renewal and submission of staff insurance and any ad-hoc matters
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years hands on payroll experience preferably with large headcount of 50 and above
Possess sound working knowledge of MOM legislation, CPF & IRAS statutory requirements and other local statutory requirements
PC skills, including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access, Word). Hands on experience with PeopleSoft Software will be an added advantage
Must be able to handle high level of confidential information regarding employees with sensitivity
