Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Customer Success Manager at SAP SuccessFactors. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, and enhancing customer retention. The Customer Success Manager will proactively manage client accounts, address customer concerns, identify areas for improvement, and ensure the seamless delivery of solutions to meet client expectations. Coordinating with internal teams, the role also aims to provide exceptional service in alignment with company goals and customer needs.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Strong experience in Relationship Building and Customer Retention strategies
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in the HR technology or SaaS industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
