Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work. As a Customer Success Manager, you will focus on optimizing customer satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, and improving customer retention. Core responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries and concerns, analyzing customer feedback to enhance products and services, and driving customer-centric initiatives to improve engagement and loyalty. Collaboration with internal teams will be key to delivering effective solutions.

  • Proven capabilities in Customer Satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer feedback, data, and trends
  • Expertise in Customer Retention strategies to maintain a loyal customer base
  • Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to foster trust and rapport with clients
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote tasks
  • Effective communication skills, along with problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in a customer success or client-facing role is a plus
