Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager based in Singapore, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Customer Success Manager will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by addressing customer needs and concerns. This includes providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention strategies
  • Strong skills in Relationship Building and Customer Service
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating customer data and identifying insights
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Prior experience in customer success or related roles is advantageous
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer management software is a plus
