We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Success Manager. In this part-time hybrid position, based in Singapore with flexible work-from-home options, you will act as a primary point of contact for our clients. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying opportunities to enhance customer retention, and providing personalized support to address client needs effectively. You will also utilize analytical insights to improve customer success strategies and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

  • Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar customer-facing role is a plus
