As a Customer Success Manager at Superhuman AI, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with our platform. Key responsibilities include onboarding new customers, providing support, identifying growth opportunities, resolving concerns, and ensuring high customer retention rates.
