Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexible opportunities for remote work. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with community members, understanding their needs, and ensuring their goals are met. Responsibilities include increasing customer satisfaction, managing retention strategies, building and maintaining relationships, and offering high-quality customer service to enhance member engagement and overall experience. The role also includes gathering and analyzing feedback to provide actionable insights and continuous improvement of Profluence's services.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and delivering exceptional Customer Service
  • Strong skills in Relationship Building to engage with members and nurture long-term connections
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate customer data and feedback for actionable improvements
  • Experience in managing CRM tools and community platforms is preferred
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic and flexible work environment
  • Understanding of the sports industry or a passion for sports is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
