Be part of a tech-for-tech team focused on automating internal manual processes and management reporting.
Collaborate with business users, product owners, tribe coaches, and internal governance, risk, compliance, and delivery teams to gather requirements for dashboards, reporting, problem management, release planning, and SDM processes.
Identify, analyze, and document detailed functional specifications and to-be business/operational processes.
Perform impact analysis, effort estimation, and track key deliverables and timelines across multiple workstreams.
Analyze user stories and change requests to design test scripts and test cases.
Plan, build, and maintain automated test packs for SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
Coordinate with offshore testing teams on execution and consolidate test status reporting.
Ensure completeness of test coverage, clear entry/exit criteria, and continuous improvement of test quality.
Manage defect lifecycle from logging to closure and monitor defect leakage metrics.
Participate in sprint ceremonies, requirement grooming, and daily scrums to clarify scope and resolve blockers.
Assist team lead with project tracking, timelines, budget monitoring, and daily status reporting.
Key Requirements
5-6 years of experience in system analysis, business analysis, or software testing.
3-4 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong understanding of IT project lifecycle, preferably within a banking or regulated environment.
Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, QA processes, and test automation concepts.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, and test automation tools is an advantage.
Ability to refine and align testing processes with SDM and enterprise delivery standards.
Basic product and domain knowledge in digital banking and related technologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills across technical, business, and testing teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
