Key Responsibilities
- Support project governance and ensure adherence to standards across portfolios.
- Track and monitor project deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare and consolidate PMO reports, dashboards, and steering committee decks.
- Work with Project Managers and Business Leads to ensure compliance with project lifecycle, budgeting, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Compliance) for planning and resource management.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including RAID logs, schedules, and financial tracking.
- Support audit and regulatory reporting related to the project portfolio.
- Help streamline PMO processes and continuously improve reporting tools and templates.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of PMO experience within banking or financial services.
- Experience in credit cards, consumer banking, or payments is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of project governance, change management, and SDLC/Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Clarity, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
