Project Admin, 1-year renewable contract (Banking)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to project managers and project teams.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, minutes, presentations, and trackers.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and issue logs.
- Support resource planning, onboarding of project team members, and vendor coordination where required.
- Consolidate and prepare project status updates for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance standards, audit requirements, and documentation controls.
- Monitor procurement and invoice processing related to project activities (if applicable).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance, and external vendors to support end-to-end project execution.
- Support any ad-hoc tasks or administrative duties required by the PMO.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related fields.
- 2-5 years experience in project administration, PMO support, or coordination roles (banking/FS experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) familiarity with SharePoint, JIRA, or Confluence is an advantage.
- Excellent organisational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work with multiple stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
