Mobile Test Engineer (Banking, 1-year renewable contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive testing transformation aligned with overall strategy.
• Report to the Test Engineering Lead and be accountable for all matters related to mobile testing and device management.
• Manage mobile testing standards, automation frameworks, and hardware resources.
• Provide technical support for mobile device-related issues during SIT/UAT testing phases.
• Collaborate with test automation teams to set up and support mobile test automation frameworks, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendors on mobile device farm-related issues.
• Administer mobile devices and device farms across local and regional teams, including onboarding, tracking, and offboarding.
• Monitor device and farm license usage generate regular reports on usage, incidents, and demand.
• Ensure device trackers and mobile testing documentation are kept up to date.
• Provide duty coverage and support for other testing tools such as Data Analytics, Reporting, and Traceability.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a large financial institution.
• Strong experience in mobile and web test automation.
• Solid understanding of testing tools and device farms.
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and mobile device farm usage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong personal integrity and work ethic.
• Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal, and client-facing).

• Experience working with regional teams in ASEAN.
• Exposure to Data Analytics, GenAI, or Machine Learning.
• Ability to work in multi-cultural, diverse, and remote virtual teams.
• Experience with Tosca is an advantage.
