Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of feature development, from requirements to production delivery.
- Act as feature owner, managing requirement analysis, estimation, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with technical leads and product owners.
- Design solutions, configure systems, and implement rules within Global PayPlus (GPP).
- Prepare detailed work breakdown estimates and support project planning and execution.
- Support test automation, define acceptance criteria, and validate development through end-to-end testing.
- Oversee UAT handover and provide ongoing maintenance for cash management and reporting applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- At least 7 years experience as a Business & Solution Analyst with expertise in banking IT systems and hands-on experience in Global PayPlus (GPP).
- Strong knowledge of cash management, payment standards, and file formats such as ISO 20022 and SWIFT, including field/value mapping and validations.
- Familiarity with payment systems, Payments Hub, Clearing & Settlement, and Automated Clearing House programs.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, create clear documentation, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and development teams.
- Solid understanding of application flow, architecture, and leading the design and implementation of complex features.
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies with strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and cross-cultural communication skills, with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
