Job Description

We're looking for a candidate who is a relationship builder, energetic, a proactive team player with a can-do approach to the everyday, as well as thrive on delivering creative solutions to business problems. The candidate must be comfortable working in an agile environment and helping the team implement new processes, frameworks, and best practices to enhance campaigns across the Samsung MX ecosystem.

Role and Responsibilities

  1. Channel Partner Management
  • Ensure partner communications align with Samsung brand guidelines and marketing/campaign strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing deliverables for channel partners, ensuring timely and accurate materials.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, understanding their objectives and aligning Samsung initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure marketing objectives and ROI align with sales goals.
  • Plan and execute co-marketing activities, including promotions, product launches, and joint campaigns.
  • Monitor partner performance against KPIs, providing updates and optimization suggestions.
  1. Strategic Marketing Initiatives
  • Identify and develop mutually beneficial marketing programs with channel partners.
  • Explore new opportunities to enhance brand presence and consumer engagement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with broader marketing strategies.
  1. Support for Key Launch Campaigns
  • Assist the IMC team in planning and executing Samsung's key launch campaigns.
  • Drive 360 IMC initiatives from planning to execution and optimization.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business.
  • 3-5 years of consumer marketing and retail experience.
  • Knowledge of Telco, technology, and category experience is a plus.
  • Experience in the Asia-Pacific region is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience in 360-degree marketing campaigns, digital marketing, e-Commerce, and CRM strategies.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a flexible and ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent team player with strong stakeholder relationship skills.
