Job Description
Sales & Marketing
- Achieved sales target for YGP and Yamalube Oil
- Devise suitable sales plan and strategy for the respective markets
- Visit customers and markets periodically to understand market condition and problems
- Marketing efforts and sales activities to expand and strengthen sales
- Develops and improves business relations with all customers of the company
- Conduct market research, analysis and formulation of suitable sales and marketing plan
- Conduct Area/Product Marketing activities to improve area and regional sales
- Conduct Sales training to Parts/Service staffs & customers
- Work closely with OP team to achieve sales target and ensure higher allocation ratio to customers
- Participate in Service and 3S campaigns to understand market conditions
- Make Sales and Marketing reports
Accounts Management
- Management of sales accounts
- Handle and attend customer's enquiry and complaints patiently
- Maintain good rapport and ensure good customer service with customers
- Set up and maintain customer's, PSI
- Keep up to date with market trends, data and utilising information for business improvement
Order Management
- Ensure order are received as planned
- Improve allocation ratio and supply lead time with schedule order
- Ensure all order can be ship as per schedule
Operation and Shipping Arrangement
- Coordinate closely with OP PIC to ensure timely shipment
Payment Management
- Ensure LC received on-time for shipment
- Ensure remittance
Project Management
- Present campaign result
- Conduct campaigns
- Conduct area marketing (for non-captive & Yamalube)
- Conduct and setup Training material for distributors/end-users education (for non-captive & Yamalube)
- Develop Partnership Development Plan and implement to selected distributors
- Conduct market analysis and enhance 4P (by country)
- Review and set up special price for management approval
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or related field
- Knowledge in sales and marketing
- Automotive background will be an advantage
- Able to work and communicate as a team. Customer-oriented and pro-active
- Proficent in Microsoft words, PowerPoint and excel
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Willing to travel
