Sales & Marketing
- Achieved sales target
- Devise suitable sales plan and strategy for the respective markets.
- Marketing efforts and sales activities to expand and strengthen sales in OMDO territories.
- Develops and improves business relations with all customers of the company.
- Conduct market research, analysis and formulation of suitable sales and marketing plan.
- Conduct Sales training to Parts/Service staffs & customers.
Accounts Management
- Management of selected key sales accounts.
- Assist Sales PIC to achieve sales target
- Handle and attend to customer's enquiry and complaints.
- Provide customer support and maintain good customer service.
Order Management
- Handle all customer's orders and enquiry.
- Receive and process orders, issue SOC timely.
- Monitor and follow up on back-orders, handle shipping discrepancy.
Operation and Shipping Arrangement
- Coordinate with warehouse on picking/ packing of goods according to shipping schedule.
- Coordinate closely with forwarders and arrange on time shipment of customer orders.
- Ensure accuracy in shipping and other documents.
- Check accuracy on invoices and charges from forwarder.
- Book and arrange vessel on-time and on schedule.
Payment Management
- Ensure LC accuracy and proper, on time submission to bank.
- Ensure remittance received in bank.
- Follow-up and monitor customer payment.
Project Management
- Lead NGK Spark Plug Campaign.
- Any other duties assigned by superior or by Company
