Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, based in Singapore. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, preparation of bills of quantities (BOQ), and cost management throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves evaluating project budgets, performing cost control measures, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and preparing detailed cost plans and reports. The successful candidate will also liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution within budgetary constraints.

Job Description

• Preparation and submission of progress claims

• Project cost monitoring and estimation

• Tendering of projects, including preparation of tender documents and pricing support

• Evaluation of subcontractor and supplier quotations

• Preparation of variation claims and supporting documents

• Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers

We are looking for someone who is responsible, organised, and able to work well in a construction project environment.

Experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, sewerage, drainage, pipe jacking, or PUB projects will be an advantage.
