- Position : Quantity Surveyor
- Location : Beach Road
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, bills of quantities and contract documentation.
- Evaluate quotations, negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, and prepare tender analysis.
- Handle progress claims, variation orders, cost control and final accounts.
- Monitor project budgets, cost reports and cash flow to ensure cost effectiveness.
- Work closely with project teams, consultants, clients and subcontractors on contractual and commercial matters.
- Review drawings, specifications and contract requirements to identify cost implications.
- Ensure all contractual documents, claims and reports are submitted accurately and on time.
- Assist in procurement planning and sourcing of subcontractors/suppliers.
- Support dispute resolution, contractual correspondence and project cost forecasting.
- Perform other quantity surveying duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Good knowledge of contracts, tendering, cost estimation and project claims.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM or quantity take-off software will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
- Meticulous, independent and able to work in a fast-paced project environment.
- Able to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
