Job Summary
Support project execution by applying knowledge of civil, mechanical, and electrical site works, reading drawings, preparing tender quantities, coordinating between project managers and subcontractors, and assisting with system administration and AutoCAD tasks.
Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of civil, mechanical, and electrical site works to support project activities and ensure compliance with technical requirements
- Interpret and analyze construction drawings to extract accurate quantity take-offs for tender preparation
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs to contribute to accurate and timely tender submissions
- Coordinate communication and workflow between project managers and subcontractors to facilitate project progress
- Assist with system administration tasks to support project documentation and data management
- Utilize AutoCAD software to assist in drafting and reviewing project drawings as needed
- Manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines, including working late hours to complete tender submissions and arranging compensatory time off
