Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role located in Singapore. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing cost management for civil and demolition projects, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting detailed cost planning and reporting, and ensuring cost control measures are implemented effectively. The role will require close collaboration with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure project objectives are met within budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning to ensure accurate project budgeting and expenditure tracking
• Proficiency in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for accurate estimation and planning
• Experience in compiling detailed Cost Reporting to track and evaluate project financial progress
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills to work effectively with stakeholders and manage budgets
• Familiarity with construction industry standards, regulations, and practices in Singapore
• Proficiency in construction cost estimation and contract management software is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
