Minimum 1 year experience in Quantity Surveyor dealing with projects
Our Client, a Singapore-based engineering and construction company providing building and infrastructure solutions, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Quantity Surveyor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide project cost guidance and control to ensure the project is completed within budget
Prepare the bill of quantities and participate in project contract management
Analyse design drawings and specifications and make optimal suggestions
Coordinate and work with project teams, vendors and contractors to ensure project quality and drawings are up to standards
REQUIREMENTS:
Possess at least a bachelor's degree in relevant field and possess relevant qualification certifications
Minimum one year of experience in Quantity Surveyor dealing with projects
OTHER INFORMATION:
Location : Tuas
Working Days/Hours : Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6.30pm
Salary : Up till $5000 basic + variable bonus
