Job Summary
Support tender preparation and project cost management by performing quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and providing QS assistance to ensure accurate pricing and effective project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tender documents, BOQs, pricing schedules, and cost estimates
- Support tender coordination and submission.
- Manage project cost control, variations, and claims
- Interpret architectural drawings using AutoCAD
- Support project execution and quantity surveying processes throughout project lifecycles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required
- Develop QS skills in tendering and project management.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in tendering or quantity surveying preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD for reading and interpreting drawings
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, and tender documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
