Quantity Surveyor

• Position : Quantity Surveyor
• Location : Ubi
• Working hours : 5.5 days (Saturday - Work From Home)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Review and execute tender documents, submission in accordance to tender requirement
• Assist in procurement and overview of purchases
• To liaise with contractors / suppliers on quotation and includes taking off of BQ
• Preparation on submission documents
• Prepare and analyzing costing for tenders(BCT, compare quotations).
• Prepare costing and discuss with Manager / Director for final figure (Margin, Prelim and profit)
• Furnish budgetary costing for tender
• Negotiated final pricing with contractors / supplier (retention, warranty, T&C)
• Preparation of project budgets, report and cost estimation
• Allocate work to subcontractors and providing advice on contractual claims
• Submission for progress claim
• Preparation of quotations and any VO for submission
• Report to Director / QS Lead

Requirements:

• With min. 1 - 2 years experience
• Specialize in builder's work or/and M&E services
