- Issue purchase orders and liaise with suppliers for delivery and pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers
- Maintain accurate system data (pricing, vendors, item codes)
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and prepare reports
- Resolve supplier issues and ensure product quality
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support audits and handle ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Training provided
- Min 1 year relevant experience
- Min O levels
- 5 days work week (Mon to Fri, 8:30am - 5:45pm)
- Half day work on Sat (8:30am - 2:30pm) every once in 4 weeks
- Location: Loyang (Pasir Ris)
- Salary Range: Up to $3500
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
