Job Description

Company Overview

We are a growing provider of premium architectural solutions, representing Overit Italian Door Systems. Our product range includes concealed/frameless doors, glass doors, designer door handles, and wood flooring, serving developers, architects, and interior professionals across Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry outreach
  • Arrange and conduct meetings with key stakeholders such as developers, architects, interior designers, main contractors, and quantity surveyors
  • Prepare and deliver professional product presentations to clients
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage objections effectively
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales performance and customer experience
  • Gather market feedback and insights from clients to support product and business development

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related role within the construction or architectural products industry
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong ability to understand and communicate technical product information
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, fast learner, and results-driven mindset
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Ability to read basic construction drawings
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
  • Hands-on and proactive approach to work

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: S$3,600 and above (commensurate with experience)
