Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Social Media Strategy: Build, plan, and execute a comprehensive social media calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms to hit engagement and conversion KPIs.
  • Paid Media: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads to maximize ROI.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure absolute brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

2. Content Creation & Creative Direction

  • Content Creation: Lead content production, including filming, photo/video editing, and copywriting to keep our feeds fresh and on-brand.
  • Content Marketing: Write compelling blog posts that establish our authority in the sleep and wellness space.
  • Collateral Design: Create high-quality sales and event tools, including presentation decks, flyers, promotional banners, and digital assets.
  • Production Management: Act as the liaison with production companies, directing product and lifestyle shoots to ensure our vision is realized.

3. Website & Asset Maintenance

  • Website Management: Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and alignment with brand guidelines.

4. Partnerships, Events & Operations

  • Partnerships & Events: Assist in workshops, corporate training, and partnership activations manage external collaborations.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Support the team on special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or similar roles.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills, with working proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Meta Business Suites, MailChimp, Google Analytics, Meta Ads and SEO/SEM tools.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and act on campaign performance data.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
