Technical Sales Co-ordinator

1) Company: We specialize in supply, installation & maintenance of Security Systems, ELV systems

2) Location: North East

3) Job Scope:

- Provide assistant on sales technical support and solution.

- Assist to deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the features and benefits of the company's products & services.

- Attend site meetings, provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and after sales services support.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

- Offerings to effectively position the company's services & products in the market.

- Attend industry trade shows and conferences to network and generate leads.

- Able to present and introduce product/ services with in-depth knowledge

- Establish and maintain strong rapport with network of contractors/ consultants/ developers to promote sales

- Preparation of project schedule, safety documents for safety submission

Other duties as assigned.

4) Requirement:

- Higher secondary certificate or related experience

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.

- Experienced in handling multiple projects

- Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous

- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally in professional and responsive manner

- Capable of interpreting building schematics drawings, electrical drawing/layout

- Good oral and written communication skills

- Knowledge in Computer, Networking (i.e: Microsoft, AutoCAD, Autodesk, etc.)

- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

- Works well under pressure and well time management

Basic understanding of networking system.

5) Working hours:

- 6 days/ week (Monday-Friday) 0900-1800hrs
