We are a growing provider of premium architectural solutions, representing Overit Italian Door Systems. Our product range includes concealed/frameless doors, glass doors, designer door handles, and wood flooring, serving developers, architects, and interior professionals across Singapore.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry outreach
- Arrange and conduct meetings with key stakeholders such as developers, architects, interior designers, main contractors, and quantity surveyors
- Prepare and deliver professional product presentations to clients
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage objections effectively
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales performance and customer experience
- Gather market feedback and insights from clients to support product and business development
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related role within the construction or architectural products industry
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Strong ability to understand and communicate technical product information
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, fast learner, and results-driven mindset
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Ability to read basic construction drawings
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
- Hands-on and proactive approach to work
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: S$3,600 and above (commensurate with experience)
