Quantity Surveyor

1)Responsible for the pre qualification, pre tender, post tender to final account

2)Taking off quantities, obtaining quotations from subcontractors and supplier

3) Provide estimates and evaluate costing to achieve competitive costing for tender submission

4) Estimate, develop & manage construction schedule, method of statement, temprorary plan

5) Provide ,maintain and compile material to be purchased

6) Preparation of progress claim, subcontractors payment certification, variations submission to finalisation of contract

7)Any other duties that deem required to complete the works

Requirement :

1)Diploma/Degree in Building , QS or relevant certificate

2) Minimum 3 years relevant experience in furniture, interior design / construction industry

3) Competent in software skills MS Office and Autocad

4) Should be meticulous, independent, highly motivated, results oriented, good team player and be able to work under pressure and meet tight datelines
