. Draft and execute drawing for projects including drainage, plumbing & sanitary, gas and shop drawings.

. Operate computer-aided drafting (CAD) software to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms, and records.

. with Revit experience

. Review archi/construction drawings to ensure adherence to specifications and design.

. Work closely with the operation team to ensure successful delivery of the projects

. Updating of drawings when necessary.

. On-site measurement with clients for areas which require more clarity.

. Coordinate with clients to resolve any issues arising out of shop drawing comments

. Check dimensions of materials to be used and assign numbers to lists of materials. Verify mathematical calculations.

. Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for projects.

. Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by superior.

. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.

. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

. Required Skill(s): MS Office, AUTOCAD, Drawing Interpretation & Revit MEP

. Must be Detail-oriented and Ability to meet deadlines.
