Job Description: As a Partner Manager, you will own the full business cycle for onboarding and growing publisher partnerships across the APAC region (primarily China and Japan). You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing partnerships with app developers, while driving adoption of Audience Network solutions.
This role combines sales, partnerships, and account management, requiring strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will also act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring revenue growth, product adoption, and long-term strategic success.

Key Responsibilities
Partnerships & Sales
- Own the full sales cycle: identify, engage, negotiate, and onboard publishers
- Drive adoption and growth of Audience Network solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Account Management & Operations
- Manage day-to-day relationships with publishers (China & Japan markets)
- Ensure growth and health of assigned accounts
- Conduct strategic and operational reviews with clients
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (Solutions Architects, Sales, Partnerships, Product teams) across APAC and HQ
- Align on long-term business plans and revenue strategies
- Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute account plans and customer success strategies
- Provide consultative support to clients on GTM and monetization strategies
- Represent industry events, conferences, and forums
- Insights & Reporting
- Track revenue trends, forecasting, and market feedback
- Provide insights to influence product roadmap and improvements
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (preferably in mobile/ad tech ecosystem)
- 3+ years in AdTech (DSPs, SSPs, Ad Networks, etc.)
- Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystem, monetization, and digital advertising
- Business-level proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Japanese (preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in high-growth, cross-functional environments
- Analytical mindset with data storytelling ability
