Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will have 9-13 years of project management experience, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects across various industries. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare and present project status reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation, and manage project resources efficiently.
- Act as the main point of contact for all project-related communications and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager for 9-13 years, preferably in the SEA region.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Excellent knowledge of project management software and applications.
- Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable.
