Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Business Transformation - Change & Adoption Consultant specializing in Organization Change Management, you will excel in pinpointing business challenges and formulating strategic solutions to enhance business performance and value. You will synergize with clients goals, processes, metrics, and methodologies to drive successful transformations.
The ideal candidate brings experience in ERP (preferably SAP S/4HANA) transformations, strong stakeholder management skills, operational excellence thinking mindset, and a hands-on approach to developing and delivering training for business users.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Implement change management activities: familiar and flexible to apply various analysis approaches to identify and evaluate change impact such as change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, role assessment, process gap analysis, system landscape research and analysis, etc.
- Lead and manage training: conduct training need analysis, develop training strategy and plan, prepare and manage user training program execution (e.g. workshops, sessions, content creation, materials, etc.).
- Develop strategic solutions: Formulate effective solutions to address complex business challenges, employing business analysis and hypothesis testing to identify and develop evidence-based recommendations.
- Implement process change: Identify areas or gaps for defining SOP, policy, and governance to drive way of working changes, ensuring smooth transitions and successful integration among system, process and people.
- Define business change readiness metrics and adoption KPIs: Work closely with clients to define adoption metrics and business change readiness KPI for management teams.
- Deliver solution integration into business context: Ensure the successful integration of solutions into business context, guaranteeing that clients can sustain and build upon the changes implemented.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, or organizational readiness, preferably in large-scale ERP programs.
- Must have working experience in consulting companies.
- ERP system project experience is mandatory (preferably SAP S/4HANA), particularly within Supply Chain and/or Finance modules.
- Strong understanding of business processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Manufacture, Record-to-Report, and related S/4HANA functionalities.
- Hands-on ability to create training content using digital tools such as Walkme / SAP Enable Now / PowerPoint / Scribe / or similar.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record in driving change interventions and user adoption.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Exposure to AI Applications: Familiarity with applying AI concepts to business transformation and change management, including leveraging AI-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
- User-Centered Design Thinking: Exposure to human-centered design thinking and its role in developing innovative solutions that prioritize human needs and experiences.
