Role Description

This is a part-time, remote Office Manager role. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, manage office-related tasks, and support the overall organization of the business. Primary responsibilities include handling office communications, managing administrative duties, operating standard office equipment, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a seamless workflow for the team. Additionally, they may be required to assist in customer service-related tasks to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including both verbal and written abilities
  • Experience with Office Administration and Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in using and maintaining Office Equipment
  • Customer Service experience to manage and ensure excellent client interactions
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Proficiency with relevant office software and tools is advantageous
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification; further education or certifications in administration is a plus
