Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Senior Executive Assistant / Office Manager based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The individual will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports. The role also involves handling expense reports, overseeing office operations, managing office supplies, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
  • Strong skills in preparing and managing Expense Reports
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exemplary Executive Support and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic work environment
  • Proficiency in using office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and meeting scheduling software
  • Prior experience in an office management or similar leadership role is a plus
