Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Senior Executive Assistant / Office Manager based in Singapore, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves providing high-level administrative support to executives, managing schedules and meetings, handling expense reports, and coordinating office operations. The role requires ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, managing communication, and supporting executive needs as required.
Qualifications
- Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance, including organizing and managing office operations
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
- Strong Communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and external parties
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in office software and technology tools
- Previous experience in a similar role or in supporting C-level executives is a plus
