Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work. As a Senior Executive Assistant / Office Manager, your primary responsibilities will include providing executive-level support and managing office operations. Daily tasks will include handling expense reports, assisting with administrative duties, managing communications, and ensuring the smooth running of the office environment. The role also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill company goals efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to support executives and manage office operations.
  • Experience in managing Expense Reports and providing detailed Executive Support effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact seamlessly with teams and external partners.
  • Keen attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in office management tools, scheduling software, and general office technology is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing priorities.
